∴ about — the manifesto
AI is noise until someone ships it.
Demos are easy. Production is the craft.
We write the eval before the system.
We publish prices. We name methods.
We build with the tools we sell.
Adoption is the product. The rest is rehearsal.
From noise, we build signal.
A studio built like its systems
Traze started with a conviction: the AI industry has a shipping problem, not an idea problem. So we built the studio the way we build software — instrumented, honest about scope, allergic to theater. Our website runs on our own engine, our intake runs on our own agent, and our first case studies are systems we shipped for ourselves in public.
The Signal Method
Named, numbered, non-negotiable — four phases from raw noise to running, adopted systems.
Read the method →The people
Small on purpose. Senior by default. Assisted by agents we built ourselves.
Tim
Builds the systems, writes the evals, answers the email within 24h.
The agents
Our own fleet, doing the work we'd otherwise pad invoices with.

The lab carries our culture better than a values deck would.
