What if the agent makes a mistake?+
Agents run inside explicit boundaries with approval gates on anything irreversible. Mistakes are visible in the audit trail and feed the eval suite — the system gets measurably better, not mysteriously worse.
Agent or automation — what's the difference?+
Automation follows fixed rules; an agent decides among tools to reach a goal. Plenty of jobs only need the former — the audit is honest about which is which, because automations are cheaper.
How do we know it's actually working?+
Every agent ships with a dashboard: jobs done, accuracy against evals, hours saved, cost per task. If the numbers aren't there, we fix it or switch it off.
